Erasmus+ 2015

Intézményünk 2015-ös Erasmus+ Ka1-es, „Irány Európa! A DKRMG európai jelenlétének megerősítése és az európai közös gondolkodás kialakítása a tantestületben.” című projektünk négy kollégánknak biztosította azt a lehetőséget, hogy külföldi továbbképzésekre utazzanak. Az olasz nyelvtanárunk Rómában vett részt nemzetközi olasztanári képzésen, egy angol szakos kollégánk egy máltai számítógépes tanfolyamon, egy biológia-kémia tanár Máltán, egy angol nyelvtanfolyamon és a rajztanárunk Angliában képezte magát egy művészeti kurzuson.

A projekt, amely az előző évi sikeres projektünk folytatása, megerősítette tantestületünk nemzetköziesítésének folyamatát, valamint hozzájárult az európai szemléletmód elterjedéséhez, iskolánk nemzetközi kapcsolati hálójának kiszélesítéséhez. A kurzusokon elsajátított szakmai tapasztalatok, új módszerek, ötletek órai integrációja elősegítette az intézményünkben folyó oktatás fejlesztését. A nem nyelvszakos kollégáink részvétele motiválta a többi munkatársainkat egy újabb Erasmus+ projektben való közreműködésre. A részt vevő tanáraink nyelvi kompetenciáinak fejlődése révén megteremtettük a lehetőséget, hogy kollégáink változatos idegen nyelvű oktatási segédanyagokhoz férjenek hozzá az interneten. A régióban növekedett iskolánk presztízse, javultak a versenyeredményeink, a nyelvvizsgák száma és az érettségi átlagok. A tanári karban felerősödött az európai kultúrák iránti nyitottság és tolerancia, amely segítette, hogy újabb kollégákat vonjunk be a nemzetközi cserediák programjainkba. Az új európai tendenciák megismerésének köszönhetően kollégáink látóköre tágabb lett, ezáltal jobban tudták segíteni a külföldi egyetemekre jelentkező diákjainkat.

A jövőbeli célunk az, hogy folytassuk a megkezdett irányt és minél több kollégánknak teremtsük meg a külföldi továbbképzésekre való kijutás lehetőségét az Erasmus+ pályázatok révén. Végezetül az előző és idei projektek tapasztalatai nagymértékben hozzájárultak a 2016-os sikeres pályázatunkhoz.

Our institution’s 2015 Erasmus+ KA1 project entitled ‘Let’s go to Europe! The strengthening of DKRMG’s presence in Europe and the development of the European common thinking in the teaching staff’ provided the opportunity to four of our colleagues to take part in teacher training courses abroad. The Italian teacher completed a course for teachers in Rome, one English teacher an IT course in Malta, one science teacher participated in an English language course in Malta and the arts teacher took part in a course for arts teachers in England.

The project, which is the continuation of our first successful project, supported the internalisation of our teachers and also contributed to the spread of the European attitude and to the broadening of our school’s connection network. With the integration of the professional experience gained during the trainings, the new methods and ideas in the lessons we achieved that the education in our institution improved. The project participation of those colleagues who do not teach languages motivated the other teachers to cooperate in a new Erasmus+ project. As the language competences of the participants developed they were able to get access and work with varied teaching materials provided on the internet. The school’s reputation has grown in the region, we have better competition and final exam results and the number of language exams has grown. The tolerance and openness towards European cultures has risen among our teachers, which helped us to involve new colleagues in the school international students exchange programmes. Thanks to the fact that the project participants met new European tendencies, the teachers’ horizons broadened and they were able to provide more help to those students who applied for universities abroad.

In the future we aim to continue in this vein and thus give the most possible number of our teachers in our school the opportunity to go on an Erasmus+ mobility. Finally, the project management experience we acquired in this and in the previous project, enabled us to win another Erasmus+ grant in 2016.
